What about height? How does that influence the price?

Height alone doesn't play into too many factors in the game engine, it's more about the skills atm.

Base your asking price/buying price on their capabilities. But bear in mind the effect their skills will have on your wage budget.

height definetly is an important 'skill' at the moment if you want to sell somebody. Young guys like the one you sold will not be able to play for seasons to come, and when he is ready the new engine will (probably) be here, and in that new engine height plays a role.

If the guy you sold was only 6 foot he would have never went for that price he went for now.

Yeah, in the future, when(If) the new "Engine" comes out then all these other factors will come into play.

And a lot of managers are already preparing for that

I still don't think height/weight will play that big of a factor in the new engine. Sure, it should play a part since it's being implemented, but I don't think it will be a big enough difference to make players under 6'0" worthless. Speed and strength are used the current engine and supposedly make a difference, but I think most will agree that the difference is pretty negligible.

My team seems to do better and better each week... Only thing I'm training is fitness... And the only things changing are BPOS, strength, speed, and stamina... I know BPOS is huge, but really?

i think the higher the competition that your play then the physicals come into play, aswell as stamina.

I went down the same road before the BMI introduction. Now i can see where to put the fastest and strongest players as BMI caps are shown, but i keep reading about the caps still being hidden...does this mean that player x who has, say 10/20 spd may not actually reach the 20/20??

the random caps are still there so if he caps lower than his BMI cap then the BMI cap doesnt matter unless his BMI changes enough to lower the cap below his random cap

lol u sure now.
i am hoping the Height/weight has a noticable influence or what is the point of introducing it!.
i do doubt that a couple of inches or pound either side of the optimum will have a detrimental effect on players, but im sure QBs at say 5'8 or something will suffer.

team gaining bpos regularly vs teams gaining random points at various positions while having semis by the sea
