Brand new to buying players, need a little help

i think it is too much. he is not a very advanced player. none of his stats are high.

then again, you might wanna keep such a diamond. depending on what you need more. money or a great future player.

true. but his talent and perfect intelligence make him very valuable. maybe not as a QB because of his consistency, but luckily there's more players than just the QB on a team

if you want a number, i'd say you'd get over a million for him. maybe two. if you get lucky and some notorious high bidders find out about him, you could get even more.
but in this game, money is easy to come by. good, quality players on the other hand are not as easily to get.

depends on your needs.
i personally tend to think that intelligence is really important for defensive players (except linemne). with that being said, your guy is perfect for pretty much any position on defense.
since good middle linebackers are the toughest to get, i would use him as one. i wouldn't worry about his consistency at any other position but quarterback ( not unless it's like 1 or 2).
