I would go with the 24 year old. You can play him until he is at least 30 years old and probably play him at age 31 as well. That gives you 6-7 seasons to develop a replacement.

ok... and what should I do with player a?
sell him? or is there a position that can take advantage of his int/con without being crippled by his talent?

Cheers, thanks!

95% really good 5% a few interceptions, but still good.

I'm not a huge fan of 3* players, I'm trying to build a roster out of 4, 4.5, and 5 star players. Having said that, you might want to put player a at MLB and train up his physical skills to see where his caps are. If you start to get more 4+ star players, you can always sell him or use him as a backup.

What is wrong with 3.5 star talent?

Nothing. He's talking about a 3*, and I think there are enough players out there to build a team with 3.5* or better talent.

nothing wrong with 3* either, stats go to 16, which is good and wont blow prices way up and 4* BPOS is ok too.

add the fact that the 3 star guy is 18, he'll be 25ish when he can be no longer trained. Then keep playing him until your 5 star future QB's skills are as good as him then you're set
