I got the dreaded computed generated message informing me of my fate. I was $1 million in the hole but after a league and sponsorship money. I'm at around negative $25,000. A friendly game plus sponsorship money should put me back into the green. Am I safe for another week? Do the 7 days "restart" once I made it above -$400,000? Or do I have to be above -$400,000 after the economy update in order to get another week?

Thanks. I enjoy the game, I'm looking to stay but if it's my time then it'll be my time.

You have to be above $-400,000 AFTER the economy update, I don't know what your costs are but if you're not in the black yet, you might need to sell some more guys.

Edit: After looking at your costs, you pretty much need to trim your overhead by $800,000.

That mostly means selling players at $2.5k and just getting rid of their salaries since several of those high salary players won't bring in much money due their salaries, low bpos etc. Best of luck mate, and do list them within the next day or you're screwed..

Hey dude, it's too late to list anyone now in time for the update on Wednesday. You're going to have to cut about half your roster to not go bot. After salaries, maintenance, coaches, everything, you have to be above -$400,000 AFTER the update in 45 hours.

Keep enough players for a line up formation and may have to relegate next season. Better than starting from scratch. If he is only 25k debt from 1mill, only a few big earners should be sacrafised. Keep only key players, 1 off, surely they can still win a match!

agree, sadly you'll prob have to cut a few players i'm affraid.

to have as little impact oas possible
i'd recommend getting rid of your RB (60k) and a few from your OLine
you can prob fit in new youngsters here without completely destrynig your team

Don't let anybody be fooled by the overstacking in a certain position, I'll have some kickers starting on Defense. Lol, after crafty accounting and hard hard cuts.. I WILL.. SURVIVE.. I'll be fielding an inexperienced defense (with good athletes) but with most of my offensive stars back.

I think I might be in a pickle next week though because I don't have a home game. I'll be -$350,000 in the hole next week and my total expenses are now $612,313.

I am piggy backing this, so I was negative 800k, but after the weekend games I'm at +500k. My salaries are about 800k. So...would that mean I'm probably ok? I just can't be more than 400k in the hole, correct? I've been away for a while. I've been logging in to not lose my team for the last 2 months. I'm back and have a huge roster to go through. In fact I'll be selling off a ton of 4 talent players soon. I just don't want to cut them if I don't have to. Worst case I'll sell my club shop for a little cushion.

If your EXPENSES are 800k, you'll be fine. If just your salaries are 800k. You either have to fire some guys or sell your club shop, etc.

Maintenance and Coaches are the other major expenses you have to consider.
