I looked at his player page and it shows only two positions for him RB(givin position) and TE(adequite position). His catching is 8, blocking 5, strength 13............sounds like a heck of a dual threat TE in both your passing and running game with more training on his blocking.

If Tight End is adequate, go with that. He will change his position faster than if you put him as a Wide Receiver

Where would you put this guy?

Positioning 1 Tackling 1 Punting 5
Vision 5 Blocking 4 Speed 11
Intelligence 18 Passing 5 Strength 9
Footwork 3 Catching 4 Agility 4
Carrying 5 Kicking 4 Stamina 1
OTHER
Teamwork 18 Consistency 2 Weeks at club 0

COMMENTS FROM THE COACH TEAM
Player's natural playing role is Wide Receiver
He can also play adequately as Tight End and Cornerback
If really needed, he can also step in as Offensive Lineman, Running Back, Safety and Kicker

I'd drop him. Otherwise train him to be a TE. He won't make too good a Wr with 1 positioning.

Here's a good one, where do you put these three. It's one of my teams major dilemmas. They could all play about anywhere so I've been using them as iron men and to fill in at weak spots

Thing is, he's 16 and has 18 teamwork ... he's got a lot of time to train. I'm thinking of putting him at QB, he's better than the other guy I'm training as Rolfe's backup right now.

Just based on ratings, like you said they could all play almost anywhere, but I'd put the first guy at LB, second at TE/OL and third at QB

#1. Safety - Good Tactical skills and Tackling.

#2. Tight End - Great Blocking, Catching and Strength.

#3. Cornerback/Quarterback - Cornerback: Great except for Tackling, meaning only one thing to train! Quarterback: Great skills, but the only negative is that it will take a while for him to change to a Quarterback.

Teamwork is not that high for all of them, so make a choice and stick with it! Ofcourse, it depends what you need at a specific position, too.

Interesting thoughts.

The first guy is my RB Shaun Cole. He started at RB but somehow switched despite playing at Strong Safety and RB in every game he's played. He was one of my great talents in the beginning. As soon as I find a better RB, he'll be a full-time safety I think.

I've been using dude #2 as an ironman that plays on both lines. He started out on the o-line and switched to d-line despite playing both in every game. Now o-line isn't even on his list. He's managed to work up 3 stars as a d-linemen so he'll likely stay there.

#3 has been my QB for friendlies. I've used him as a WR too and he plays well there. He was also my CB earlier on. He is taking forever to turn into a QB but I'll be playing him towards the end of the season once I have my division clinched (currently two games up with a tie break on the next team).

To be more specific, the first two are the old and true, the last is one I'm hoping will be a future awesome player. You guys appear to be on the same mindset as myself though you guys appear to play guys at positions they aren't comfortable at more than I do. Either way though we still are thinking the same.
