Also, if funds are running tight, you can fire coaches to save on salary for a few weeks until you get your finances stabilized.

When you change your coaches, you don't have to go through the process of firing your old coaches, however, that's essentially what you do when you change the coaching values. Buying coaches at level 5 across the board doesn't increase your current coaches by 5, it gives you lvl 5 coaches. What some have mentioned is that if you plan to change your coaches anyway, you can save a few bucks by firing them before the financial update, and hiring your new coaches after the financial update, but before the training update.

absolutely no reason unless your team is close to a financial crash dive. Alice is here?!. just hire coaches in big blocks 10+ per coach as you dont get enough for your bucks hiring 1 level at a time.

Donot fire coaches unless u already have got a warning and dont think you will be over the -400000 next week or if your team just has 30+ year olds

I hope nobody is building a franchise with only 30+ year olds

So, if you want to change your coaching staff, fire them between Friday and Tuesday (or at least before the financial update) and hire the new ones after the Wednesday financial update but before Friday morning's training update

That would be a serious waste of money, it will cost more to rehire them due to the bonus than it would be to pay a week's wages

But if you change your coaching staff (for instance I currently have only the fitness coaches - maxed out) you have to pay full wedge, hiring bonus, everything - to get the new staff (I'll look to upgrade to 20s across the board, or certainly Attacking and defending as well as fitness, soon). Given that you have to pay full wage anyway, it appears to make sense to fire the fitness coaches before the financial update, then re-hire them, along with the others, between the update and Friday training

no keep the fitness coaches as they have no effect on the other coaches, the only time its worth firing is if you are raising a coach up say from 10 to 20 or whatever

Looking on the Staff page, it looks like I'd have to pay the signing bonus etc. for the full coaching team, so it would appear to make sense to fire the old coaches and at least save 1 weeks wages

I guess it could make sense, if you upgrading your coaching staff. Fire before pay day and hire just after pay day, but before training update.
