when drafting youth players, is it possible for physicals to be maxed already?

Also training updates weekly, but do players train everyday? i.e is it better to stick to one schedule for 7days

1. No. Youth players cannot have capped physicals.

2. The only training setting that matters is the setting at 4:00 GI time on Friday; that is all that is trained that week.

ok so rather than a new post ill put another ? in here.

I have no supporters account as yet, so i am trying to figure out the training points based on the FAQs page.

Player(x) has 7 teamwork and is 4* talent, training average in speed. the coach for fitness is rated at 4 and the team has 0 facilities.

SO..if i'm correct:

10(+/-2)+3.5+4=17.5 training points per week give or take 2,and thats what is throwing me off. Can we tell from the off if our players are +12 or +8 trainers?

You have the points correct, but there is no way to tell whether it will be 8, 9, 10, 11 or 12. The pts 8-12 are random and vary from week to week and player to player by random chance.

Now you have to figure how you will train fitness. If you choose "all skills" then you will get the pts distributed as per the FAQ's to all skills. If you choose focus on either strength, speed or stamina, then 75% of the pts will go to the fitness skill you are focusing on and 10% and 5% will be randomly given to the other two fitness skills (based on the total of approximately 17.5 pts). Please think about getting a 20 level fitness coach, as the 20 pts are important when you are starting out
