Does it hurt you to take on young players and then fire them because their stats are bad? By bad stats I am refering to those that can not be raised. I am working on recruiting a core of young players for the future, but can not see their stats until I hire them. Am I doing something wrong? Is their a better way to get young talent?

And no, there isn't a better way to get those young talented players. To find my starters, I easily fired over 100 guys.
