ok so if i have a guy who has 20 intel and 20 consistency, should this be a factor in giving him the QB role as other stats can be trained like passing and such.

I hope im coming across clear.

also the talent rating etc are important but they would have passed the test to get to this decision lol

If talent good enough QB, and also middle linebacker if has good physicals.

one more thing. if a high talent player has low stars in a position, does the fact he is too old to gain training points??

hmm i m guessing u mean does that factor into ur calculations....
yup if he is too old and u need to improve his positional rating and he doesnt have the requisite skills, I would be a heartless manager and fire him
