personally he doesn't look like much right now. I think you could make him into anything with those stats. It looks like he could be a HB since he is young he might become a really good player once he is 20-22 years old. So i'd keep him but make sure you commit him to one position so he can get the best out of him. His talent is really good. Increase his speed, carrying, footwork, and agility.

Yes, you must know how high cap the speed and the strength, later you can decide the best position.

Agreed, the same goes for most any player you have. Train up his speed and strength, see where they cap, then assign a position or release them from your team

i wouldnt do that since you dont have high coaches and dont have training details from the supporter account.
you will be wasting a lot of training time if you do that and the skill caps without your knowledge.

i would suggest to just train the normal skills.
physicals is like 1/10 as important as the main skills (catching, tackling, passing etc). the wages wont be much an issue for you since its very low at the start and because your income increases very fast

if you train your physicals to keep wages low (which wont make much of a difference since wage doesnt increase that much for low values), then you will only be slowing the competitiveness of your team. your team will be stuck at the lower divisions for longer period of time. physicals do make a difference but not as much as the skills do.
i say do skills then physicals.
