What would you guys say is the secondary skills for kickers and punters. I'm thinking vision and strength, but I'm not quite sure. Any thoughts?

game = consistent k/p.. good QB, WRs and TEs

Defense does matter, it just takes more skills to stop the offense than it takes the offense to effectively move the ball.

is it better to have designated special teams players rather than using players from both sides of the ball?

as a new team im wondering for future reference and concerned about wages
