Okay, I just got my team...what do I need to do first?

Start Training?
Book Friendly?
Improve Stadium?
Higher Better Trainers?

I would recommend upgrading your stadium, just not the stand with 500 seats already.

Except for that, there's nothing else that you need to consider right now! Just set your tactics for your next game and you are away.

I'd start with the stadium as well, and make sure you set your focus on training. Outside of that, it's all up to you. I'd scan the transfer market to see if any good players are available to bid on, but that's your decision.
