Ive been playing GI for almost a year and have been in a run happy division my whle GI career. Well, that will probably change next season and I want to be competative in my league.

My question is when is it smart to start buying players whos salaries are somewhat high. Im not talking $ 80'000 but maybe 15 grand to 30? . I make over $900'000 a home game and after this off-season that should increase. I have a fully upgraded fitnesss centre and my fitness coaches, defensive coaches, and offensive coaches are all at 20.

Thanks

Ideally you want to develop these players that cost a lot while you are still in lower divisions rather than spending significant amounts of your construction fund on high priced players.

That said when you have maxed out your VIP and Exec seats then it is probably about time to think about high salaried players and who you have that will develop into a worthy one and what you need to find on the market.

just train normally. if you have a qb, train passing. if you have a OL, train blocking. the wages will go up naturally. if you do that while building your stadium as much as you can, then you will easily be able to afford wages. you dont need to worry about overtraining at low levels.
it will take a very long time before you will hit the limit and have to train other nonessential skills.
right now, just train normally. the only think i dont recommend training normally is a kicker/punter. a high skill kicker/punter with 16+ skill value will not do much better than a kicker/punter with like 12 skill value

Thanks, (you to Zekral)

I have a QB qith 19 intel and 10 passing but only has 2 vision. He`s thrown interceptions in his past 2 friendlies so I`m training vision. What do you think I should train Vision to until I go back to training passing

Even out vision to the same as passing, then it's up to you. Personally, I like to even out agility and footwork to at least 7, then go back to passing. Some folks swear by just passing and vision

it seems like int is more based on the defense and some random chance than the QB. adding vision will probably help with that but int's are pretty random.
