how do troops, i was just wondering how easy it was to join a team in the BAFL?

I dont have a local team but there are a few near by, East Kilbride pirates and Edinburgh Wolves are the closest 2.

looking to be living in either area in a few months or so.

Any players in here?? any advice?

head along watch them speak to the guys there, sure they run training and stuff, it will be just like any other sport activity.

if you have the kit or played elsewhere is a bonus. been a long time since i played but sure things haven't change socially.

generally most teams have a website.
there's usually a contact email you can send to regarding coming along. i've played for a few teams now and they've all been very welcoming.

most teams hold mini training camps around this time of year, or maybe a little later so now is a good time to start looking. it's also good going to these as you'll be amongst other new joiners and wont have to play catchup with playbooks etc.
