Its third and 8 at my own six yard line. I run for -1 Yard. So the ball is placed at my own five yard line. I punt the ball for 26 yards, which means it would be catches at the 31 Yard line. He returns it for 11 Yards, so the ball should be placed at the 20 Yard Line. But it is placed at the 13 yard line.

Is this because the punter stands behind the Line of Scrimmage? usually those yards are not counted. Any help would be great.
