Team Work only matters when you don't have full training facilities. In the early states of the game then Team Work is nice, so it doesn't take forever to get a skill up.

right. It's nice to have the bonus in training, but when the facilities are up, it's not a big factor anymore.

The only position I would recommend a decent Teamwork skill, is the Kicker. The reason for that is that I don't use money on a Special Teams Coach, as I think it is a waste of money compared to what you get out of it.

just like players to gain stats a little faster. eg: QB, LB, K usually when lots of stats need raising after physicals have been capped.
