I have 3 linebackers, 4 dl, 2 cb, and 2 saftey. Why is my formation illegal when all players are different and i rechecked it 5 times?

With something like this, it is almost always one of three things.

1. A player in the lineup is either sold or no longer on the team.

2. One player is listed at two different positions

3. One position is listed more than allowed. You can have two defensive ends, but you can't have 2 right defensive ends. Only a few positions can have more than 1 player, MLB - 4; RCB - 2; LCB - 2. All others can only have 1 max.

I now have 1 saftey, 2 outside lb, 1 mlb, 2 cb both flanks, 1 nose, 2 ends l/r, 2 tackle l/r. All players checked and positions checked etc. Still illegal!

There are no injuries on his current roster.

You need to check each position assignment twice.

No 2 OLB on the same side
No 2 DT on the same side
NO 2 DE on the same side

No 2 NT possible (< maybe this one?)

Checked everything...NT..you mean Natioanl team? no way..lol.
