If you train the fitness skills it will not affect the wage at the end of the season, but if you train anything else, the salary could rise depending on how high each skill goes

When training and you set training to "all skills" if the player has capped out on one of the abilities is there a chance some of the training points will be wasted. So for fitness your training all but are capped on speed will the training concentrate on stamina and strength?

If it caps at 15 till it reaches 15.99 no points will get wasted ; beyond that points allocated to that skill get wasted .

So in your case it would make more sense to concentrate on training stamina , strength if you were to train physicals after speed capped
