It's definitely a good youth pull. Rarely do you pull a player from the youth pull with 4 or higher talent. As for playing Safety, I like my safties to have higher speed but you can train that up if it's not capped

I would replace the existing safety as fast as possible, he is low talent and much more important low intelligence...
