Look. Im sorry if i havnt done my homework, however i just like to chat here, but my question is..."Drum roll"...Is the regional cup a knockout comp? If not Why not? If it is where are the stats?

once you lose a game in the regional cup, you're out of it. It's single elimination and each team that moves on plays a random opponent every round until there is a winner. I hope that helps
