It is an interesting concept. And agreed, will actually get the country sections within the forums active.

When can we sign up to become coaches? And who wants it?

I do. But there is alot more experienced coaches out there than me.

Who is the best Australian players? As I've seen alot of top division teams have imports as starters on there teams.

I been here since season 1 but have not really focused on tactics so I'd say you'd be a better chance than me atm. To sign up, just go to the national teams tab and click apply.

I do have one good O-line player that should be able to make the team and a few that may be good enough if not now, then in a season or 2. Also had a few good players which I sold a few seasons ago. Not sure how they are going now though, but if trained correctly, they could be top players for our NT.

Now that NT is here, my interest in the game has gone up 1000% and I cannot wait until it all kicks off. Hopefully, we can all try and communicate well enough so that Australia gets off to a great start and continues to be on of the teams to beat (fingers crossed).

Heya fellow team managers ...

I am excited about the National Teams upgrade as hopefully that will create more activity on the forums. I have been invovled with GI since season 1 and have put my name up for the NT Coach position.

Hmmm this is starting to sound like an election speech ...

The most basic way to see who the best players are is to go to Top Earners and select Oceania. That'll give you the 100 highest paid players with Oceanian nationality. Of course they're not necessarily the best players but it is a good place to start.

*cough* Pierce Boyle is ranked #13; highest QB. The next best option (in terms of the top-earners) is a guy ranked #17, but he's 28 -- Pierce is only 19. Just saying...
