The calculation with the club shop is not a best case scenario. It is the average case scenario. With a good performance in division level IV it have taken me about 20 week to earn back the investment. The rest is very correct Club Shop should be the last thing you invest in. VIP -> Exec -> 30-35k regulars -> club shop. In the period with regular seat investments I would recommend getting 4xlevel 20 coaches (don't bother with special teams coach), fully upgraded fitness centre and training hall.


This is because you didn't consider the maintenance cost in your calculation:

With maintenance cost:

550000/(27500-11000)=33.33 weeks

Without maintenance cost:

550000/27500 = 20 weeks

But the conclusion is the same no matter how you look at it: The Club Shop should be the final upgrade purchased (depending on your view of the Youth Academy of course).

Believe me I took the maintenance into account. What I guess you are forgetting in your calculations, is that the $27.500 is not the best amount, that is the base amount. To the base amount you add or subtract positive or negative team form, along with a random spice factor.

I have yet to receive less than $32.009 before the maintenance have been deducted. Highest amount I have received is $41.902 before maintenance is deducted.

Club shops have a ROI equal to regular seats and shouldnt be built before vip and execs are maxed fitness center and 20 fitness coaches can be done before execs are maxed but i would certainly have vips maxed before i would do it

the first build takes time, the rest are instant upgrades

It is like building seats for the stadium. No use during construction, so no maintenance either
