how it works here?

For example,

I get a warning today.

So I'll have a week to be above -400 000, ok, let's imagine that I can be above -400 000 on the update.
But in the next update, I'll be back below -400 000

What happens? I'll have another week to be above -400 000. or will my team be declared bankrupt since it would be the second warning?

If you are one week above the limit all is ok, you go bankrupt on being twice times below, consecutive

You received a warning today -> bad!

You dont make it to be under -400K next week after the update -> bankrupt and your team goes bot.

For sure, you would make money with the Wednesday Cup Game and Thursday AFLC game when you survive - if you dont survive, it will be too late.

I received last week, this week I have already recovered, but probably in the next update, I'll be slightly below the limit of 400,000.

If I have another week to recover, then no problem, I can adjust my finances.

I don't think you have another week. If you are below -400K after the update this week you will be bankrupt.

Just so it's clear: he won't be under the limit for 2 consecutive weeks. He was under the limit 2 weeks ago, above the limit last week and now he'll probably be under the limit again after the next update.

Two consecutive weeks more than 400K debt -> bankrupt (bot)

Non consecutive weeks with more than 400K debt -> well get your finances fixed, while you are still in the game
