Are you sure?
i see the numer are divided in
1-4 Black
5-9 Blue
10-15 Gold
16-20 Green
I dont know if "average" is 6 and "good" is 7 (as many other internet games like Hattick or Basketsim), or an "average player" must have at least 10 in each skill.

I think it's only a value of a skill.

Well i know for sure GREEN is GREAT as all the players stats that are at or close to 20 are green so if there green then hes got a good stats if its a major area like passing for a QB should be around 8-10 any lower and he useless at that spot

8-10? Thats a bit ambitious for the current state of players!

Guru.

That's impressive. I haven't seen anyone with passing higher than 7 yet.

I wouldn't say that given the comparitive stats of all players and their relative skills, 8-10 is the very pinnacle of passing skill at the moment.
Overall though with the scale having a high-end limit of 20, you would have to say that 8-10 is moderate to average ability. However in the current game situation, using the word 'average' is misleading as a player with the passing ability of 9 would easily be one of the top QBs at the moment.
In a a few seasons time when everyone has QBs with passing of 19-20, we'll laugh at the poor Dan Orlovsky's with their 9 passer skill rating...

I have a WR with an 8 in passing and he played the position once and has 17 attempts for 13 yards. I starting to think that the better the numbers are still not helping much in the players performance, for now. One of my QB's has an 8 in catching and has not inpressed me in the recieving department either.

Well just having 8 passing dont mean hes a great passer as theres other rating that go into being a good qb just like a back that has 15 speed and 12 strength but 1 carry wont back a good back if he cant hold the ball
