I am relatively new (took over team last few games of last season)
My stadium came with the standard 1000 seats, I am considering expanding by adding an additional 3000 seats all at once.
I have a total of $939,729 currently. Is it a good idea just to add "seats" at this time or should I go for a mixture of seats/VIP Boxes and Exec Boxes to start. The 3000 seats it seems will cost me $750,000. Or should I add less seats and also construct one of the following facilities club shop, Training Hall, fitness center or youth Academy?
Consider the fact that I am the only "Human" controlled team in my group and I am optismitic that all my friendlies will be away against teams with much larger stadiums.
So i guess my question is whats the best way to develop my facilities this season, while it appears that I will have a somewhat easy time winning my group.

Build VIP and Exec seats first because they are the moneymakers. You'll recoup your investment fairly quickly and once you do the cash will start flowing.

If you're looking to build facilities start with the Fitness Center IMO. Its not as expensive as the training hall but still helpful. Training hall would be next for sure though, its benefits are important to the success of your team long term. Finally the Club Shop and Youth Academy can wait but once you have a big stadium feeding you cash then you might want to add those last 2 facilities.

Watch your money and be sure not to go into debt because you could end up having to sell back all your hard earned upgrades or even worse lose your club if you screw up bad enough. But when you have extra money floating around put it into VIP/Exec seats until they are all built.

just buy VIP untill all stands have maxed out, then go onto executive and at some point during the exec build phase is when you can start buying facilities(starting with fitness centre as BD said)

and go to the main forums to the rookie section and read the top few threads there for some awseome advice good luck and welcome to GI
