I noticed the person I am playing first week has to have above 600K in wages and is in IV.25 with 4,000 stadium. I will probably get beat, then he will go belly up. I can't see how he will last to long. My wages are currently fine since been training fitness, but how is wages determined? I have downloaded and use the GI Management Studio which gives idea of what wages might be. How do others calculate this?

Wages are based on the highest non fitness skill. I'm not sure the exact amount for each skill level though. Not sure anyone knows for sure, although some have come up with estimates that look pretty close.

Well I don't understand why the admins don't make the calculation easy to understand. I don't fell salaries should be a guess and pray situation. In the NFL owners have an idea what someone is worth based on the market in this game we have no idea except some guesse by people.

If it's not an exact science then i suppose it may reflect the fact that salaries are based on negotiation with the players with some variation coming about as a result?

Just be to fair: solana_steve started sorting this out, the community (parts of it) provided the missed data. I sorted them later and put it into the "Breakthroughs".

Those numbers are a little low. For example my guys with 10 as the highest skill vary from 9581 to 11055 and all are above the estimated 9000. The extra is based off of the other skills, my highest wage guy has a 7 and a couple 6s on other skills where as the guy just below him (10961) has a 7 and a couple 5s. But the guy below them (10479) has 2 7s and 2 6s, so maybe the extra is based on total of other skills.

GIMS does a good job of preparing you for what your salary may look like. I went from 125K to 260K and GIMS estimated 240K. That 20K difference is not a problem

Same to me - i simply think the value for skill = 10 estimation with 9K seems too low - i put 10K in my sheet and had a perfect match

GIMS was 3k off on my estimate but i would agree the 9 and 10 skills could be bumped up a little pretty much all my 9 high skills are above the 6600 but really it is a big help as is
