Hard to tell truthfully. I do notice that at times, one RB/WR/side gets focus over the other, and it does switch. Their effectiveness however, is sporadic. Sometimes the results are great, sometimes awful. Could be because it doesn't work, could be the strength of the opponents I'm playing, could be because my players are still in developmental stage.

As with most things involved with this game, I've developed a strategy based on what I know and my guesses on what I don't know. Only time will tell if my guesses are accurate or not.

it's so hard to find players that have high consistency, team work, intelligence, AND high talent

at least for me it is, maybe they're there and I just pick the wrong athletes

Ideally thats how it should probably work but it seemed to me like the intelligence provided a blanket boost to offense/defense

Statistically the Qb more often than not distributes the ball evenly.
And u can only hope that he made the right decision each time
