Does training at a lighter intensity mean there is less chance for your players to get injured? (i had a look in FAQ but couldn't see anything specific to injuries) I have a big game next week and need everyone at full fitness!

Keep also in mind that higher training intensity also means higher chance for players to get injured during the training.


Well, since "average" is a higher training intensity than "low" or "very low" i would say: yes!
