where can I find a guide about the attributes? I want to know which attribute is good for each position.

You can't, at least not officially.. The "PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE YOU DO ANYTHING! " thread would be my best shot..

agreed i didnt check before but definately want to either put training on low for a few weeks or put the rest players up to 90% in the training section
