I'm presuming that only one team from each league gets promoted, how many get relegated?

you are right. top team gets promoted, bottom 3 get relegated.
quite easy to see actually cuz the bottom thre teams are coloured red

but you have started in the bottom tier of divisions so you cant relegate further

There are no lower league than V. though, so you wont relegate..
