Does anyone know if Kick returners need catching? because obviously you can't return if you haven't even caught it

for KRs, catching is a must. they should have at least 10 catching.
just kidding man...
don't think there's been anything official on this matter, but i recon the engine is not even nearly sophisticated enoigh for cathing to have an impact on special teams.

The KR return yards always appear under rushing yards so I've built my KRs with this in mind. Ignore catching and boost carrying. I've had a few 40+ returns and one 50+ return, so somethings right I think. As with all special teams BPOS is important too.
However, there is a still a 'feature' or 'bug' in kick returns that appears when a team is getting hammered - their KR yards seem to go upwards no matter how good the gunners or tackling of the cover team.
