As a complete newbee I still cannot understand some base game concepts.
1. Does skills decrease over time if not trained?
2. I see someones who want to play friendlies but how can I accept it? Where are the fixtures?
3. Do QBs run? If yes how can I make my one run more often?

1. Once players hit 31, they no longer receive training pts. Speed, strength, stamina and agility skills decrease each week for players 31 or older. None of those can decrease below 12. See FAQ section to see how much they decrease per week. Once players reach 28, they lose 25% of their overall training pts each week. When they reach 29, they lose 50% of their overall training pts each week. At 30, they lose 75% of them. Up to age 27, they get the full training pts each week, unless the player is injured.

2. If someone has challenged you, then just go to the icon at the top of your Club page that says "Challenges" and accept the one you want.

3. Yes your QB can run, but in my opinion, it's completely random, so there is nothing you can do to make this happen more often. In this simple game engine, you will want to maximize your QB and receivers

Which players you put in special team on CB position?Your OL or DT?
Also I'm looking to buy coach for fitness (lvl 20) but before that I would like to increase capacity but I dont know how much capacity is enough for beginning before I hire coach?

You use CBs for that spot.

You need to be more clear on this one, as you are not a native English speaker, and I may not understand about what capacity are you talking about? Your stadium's capacity?

Ideally you want to be aiming for 13,500 (all VIP built first, then all executive seats) as an overall capacity before you look into other facilities and coaches. You need to have a steady income before you look to start spending money on other things, so if you can avoid the temptations of coaches/facilities/players then you want to try and put all your money into expanding your stadium.

As stated above, you want to build all VIP seats first (if possible), then all exec seats (which will put you at 13,500 total capacity) and can then look at building normal seats along with other facilities and getting coaches etc.

As this game has no actual right and wrong way of doing things (unless you go bankrupt of course, which is the wrong way!) one of the good points is you have the ability to completely ignore all this and do whatever you want and whatever you think makes the game more enjoyable. Doing the above will generally make it more enjoyable in the long run as you won't struggle as much for money, but each to their own!

My advice is identical to the one provided by Paulo.

Build your stadium's VIP seats first.
Then build your stadium's exec seats.
>>>> These two will provide you with a steady income of around $1 million per league home game.

Then hire a fitness coach.

Thanks guys
One more question, how much player's teamwork is important in game? Does it affect to something during the match?
