Teamwork only influences the amount of training points a player can get per week. It is explained in the training FAQ.

Okay, i have maxed out of the physical skills with facility and assistant coaching. After how many weeks of no increase shall i assume the player is capped?

From the FAQ you can calculate how many points a player get each week.

I did the calculation long timer ago, and as far as I remember, it is something like this:

1. If you train focused on, I think that skill should raise every 3-4 weeks.

2. If you train phys all, it takes 10-11 weeks with no movement untill you can be sure a skill is capped.

Issue is Tight end and Wide receiver comparison in reception yards.

Lets assume i have similarly talented TEs and WRs. (BPOS, physichals, relevant skills.) Lets assume there is no other factor involved. Lets assume the WRs catch 100 yards each. (just picked a round number, dont nitpick the 100.) What should a similarly talented TE catch then?

Conclusion i would like to draw whether my TE is crap. I suspect he is, as his BPOS is higher than the WRs, but the receptions are putrid compared to WRs.

TE should catch similar yardage, "IF" all factors are the same.

Is there any way I can predict in which 3rd league I will go?
I mean maybe for example winners of IV.1,2,3 will go to III.1 ,IV.4,5,6 to III.2 etc. or you go randomly to one of 3rd leauges?

First possibility is correct - so you go to III.3.

When shall i select the new sponsor? I am elevated to higher division.
Also is there a list of the sponsors somewhere? Last season someone did that, and was very helpful.
