i'm afraid there is no such thing as fireing staff in gi.
you have to hire new staff with skill 1 for instance in order to get rid of the ones you have currently.
then again.. that costs money as well, so you might wanna consider all your options carefully.

I just looked at your team. I'm not sure how far in debt you are, so it's difficult to determine how much you need to do. Your stadium size is 3470. Assuming you have all VIP's and 1000 regular seats, you would calculate the income by (1000 reg seats x $20) + (2470 VIPS x $110) = $291,700. Your friendly is on the road at a fairly large stadium, so I wouldn't count on more than $100k income from that. Possibly more, possibly less.

Depending on how far you are in debt, I'd suggest selling a few decent players. My opinion is you have too many high salaried players for your size stadium.

If you have exec seats figured in there, multiply the exec seats by 60, as that is the income for exec seats. These are found in the help/FAQ section

vip seats * 110, plus exec seats * 60, plus regular seats * 20 is how much money you'll make with a home game.

They promised an update, so in the future you will be able to fire the staff. Hopefully this is part of "Saving G.I. Ryan", along with destroying facilities, I want to get rid of this stupid YA!

I am not deep in depth only -140K right now but I am a bit worried about the weekly balance not beeing black numbers, and the total keep getting worse.
