You can learn team ID now if you highlight its name on league table and check the URL.

And if you select "for yourself" in the store then you don't need to put an ID. System knows you

Maybe it's even better to change the teamid "(ID 241)" in "[teamid= 241]" (without space of course) on the clubpage.
This way, you just can copy this part, when you want to use it on the conference. It's just a minor change, but oh so useful
I know you can use the shortcuts, but you have to copy the id anyway, so why not skip the shortcut-step

PS: The same goes for the playerid.
