Training : decrease player skill ?!?!

Hi,
For this week's training, one of my player decreased 2 of his skills (speed and strength) ?!?! How come ?!?§
He's 100% energy, my training is set to average... how can this be ?!?!

Was he 31 years old or older?

From the FAQ:
- Players that are 31 years old get no training points. They also lose from 10 to 15 points on Speed, Strength, Agility and Stamina each training cycle.
- Players that are 32 years old get no training points. They also lose from 16 to 20 points on Speed, Strength, Agility and Stamina each training cycle.
- Players that are 33 years old and above get no training points. They also lose from 21 to 25 points on Speed, Strength, Agility and Stamina each training cycle.

When your players start to get old, over 27, they begin to decrease the points they can get for training. It begins to lower by 25% for each year over 27, until they actually begin to lose points. It's a good idea to start grooming a younger player when you note that you have a starter age 27 or older, as they will begin to deteriorate within a few seasons. Personally I have started to do that with anyone that is 26 or older on my team, so that by the time they are 30, I will be able to let the starters go
