Yeah that's why I'm puting the brakes on any regular seats for a while.

Shouldn't even come close to effecting my attendence in league games as my max original amount would before any calculations is 54,000 for being in a 2nd level devision. So I'm always gonna have maximum attendence with only 9900 seats, even if I was last in my division.

Friendlies would be different, as you normally only get around 10-14K seats filled per game. Still under currently at 9900 seats, but I will be a little over once all the VIP and Exec seating is completely built I guess.

Friendlies are only pocket change compaired to league games income. Hence why I am concerntrating on that.

If I was to do it all again, I'd just buy 100 VIP seats at a time, each 100 pays for 1 maxed out skill coach. And not worry about any cheap seats.

Even if you were last - in 2nd division you would have a sellout each game at around 35K

Based on the "perfect all VIP/Exec Stadium" of 13.500

-> Additional 21.500 Tickets you could sell each league game -> 9 Home Games -> 193.500 Additional Tickets -> 20$ Each -> easy additional 3,87 Mill per Season (203K per Week in Avg.) - why waste it?

And dont mind about the friendly! Even if you would earn per friendly only 50K instead of 150K -> 19 friendlies *100K = 1,9 Mill less income from friendlies vs. PLUS 3,87 Mill from home games -> still a plus of 1,97 Mill per Season

I do plan on building those seats. But not just yet. If I spent $250,000 building 1000 regular seats, they'd return $20,000 per home game. If I spent $249,900 building 357 VIP seats, they'd return $39,270 per home game. Same money spent, but one option returns twice the income.

For a developing team (like mine) with a small stadium. Getting double the income helps pay for those extra coaches. Once the high end seating is built, then I'll start building the cheap seats.

For sure the best thing to do is expand the stadium with VIP/Exec first.

I have the feeling, that often teams stop expanding their stadium when VIP/Exec maxed out and spend money for some mediocre players. Just wanted to point out, how much "the cheap seats" can benefit
