I've had some friendly games that happen on Sundays before, not sure how it happened that way, but I was just thinking, if you're the first X number of people to schedule, do you get an earlier game, or is it maybe by region, or accident.

Hm, there is no "earlier game", the kickoff time depends always on the region of the home team
