To help you find a friendly match there is an Ad section in the left side menu here in the Community area. Another way is to challenge people through the use of a combination of the "Biggest Stadiums" and "Ticket Income" listing on the left as well. A really good financial friendly is at a Stadium around 10-12.000 seats and with a ticket income around a million.

My advice is to use the entire community as the mentor. This is a very friendly forum that always are ready to help. A small advice is to read the FAQ first as well as the relevant stickies in the rookie section.
