What good is it? I know the FAQ says an experienced player can raise their team chemistry faster, but really unless you are buying a starter off of the Transfer List I don't see a real use for it.

Although we have no official yay or nay from admin that experience does anything other than affect the rate team chemistry is gained..you might be right.
