Do receivers (WR/TE's) ever fumble? (can't seem to find instances of it)

If not, do they need Carrying? Does it help in other areas?

Thanks,

I'll answer all three questions with "I don't think so."

Well a receiver can't actually fumble the football until he catches it..

So incomplete just means not caught...but I'm still suspecting that the 'incomplete' is a very broad term for not cuaght, fumbled etc

as TFS said, recivers cant fumble until they catch it.... so with that in mind...

Incomplete is likely to mean, PD, Dropped, Tipped, missed pass etc

while fumble is likely to be included when the play stops with a set distance... in the same way that a tackled receiver would be included in that too...
