Sorry if this is already out there some where. I've read multiple posts about Cups, but havent found these specific answers. (I bet its out there, please let me know where it is or if I'm posting this question in the wrong place.)

1. Does a Player formed cup take up your friendly games?
- 1a. Do we only get to play League, Friendlies and as far as we can go in the beginning of the year in our Regional Cups?
- 1b. Assuming Cup games are not friendlies then do the cup games generate more, less or the same amount of revenue as Regional Cups, Friendlies or League games? (I'm assuming they generate revenue)

2. How does one create a cup? I'd like to create or participate in a Div. V only cup game. ya know, "to see who the best is". (top gun reference)

3. Are there built-in tools for managing the Player run Cups?

4. Am I way off base here? Please let me know... Gently.

1. Post an ad in teh friendly cup ADS THREAD in the Discussions forum. Start a thread.
2. Wait for people to join
3. Once you have enough people decide the format of your cup and start working on the schedule.
4. Get people to play their games.........
in short the commissioner pretty decides everything

3. Are there built-in tools for managing the Player run Cups?

nope

4. Am I way off base here? Please let me know... Gently.

If you don't want to start a cup, there might be openings when cups start again next season. Keep your eyes peeled on the forums for your chance to be in one.
