But until I have constructed all available VIP and Exec. boxes should I train offensive players attacking and defensive ones defensive skills or what? Right now I have saved my money for my stadium increase and haven't hired any coaches, they are still level 1. I think that I should max my VIP and Exec. boxes and then I should start to train with level 20 stamina coach.

I think you're on the right track. Build your stadium and your finances will improve to the point you can afford additional features and higher player salaries. Look to hire 20 fitness coaches first, once you can afford it and train the physicals, not the offensive and defensive skills. Those skills will raise your salaries, whereas, the physical skills will slightly improve your players, but will not increase the salaries

But for now on I should train attacking and defending since I can afford a fitness coach?

If you have no coaches at this time, I'd say train whatever you want. Training fitness now will give a small boost to those skills until you get fitness coaches as you're planning. Training non-fitness gives a boost to skills that likely won't be trained for a while after you get your fitness coaches. I can see pros and cons with either tactic with neither choice being obviously better than the other.

Myself, I trained my weakest areas for each player regardless of what my coaching plans were in the future. After I got coaches, and then facilities, I focused the training on areas that would provide the most benefit considering my staff (ie. Training all players only in skills you have coaches/facilities for.)

OK, now I have maxed my exec end VIP seats. I will hire 20 fitness coach and build a fitness centre. Should I train group training fitness or should I change it just for stamina training? I guess it's better to train group fitness (speed, strength and stamina)just not to lose 10% of training points. Right guys?

That is depending of the position. On some positions it can be usefull to train the group on others not. Some positions do not use stamina or strength or speed. Make the decision for each single position, not over all. And note: on "group" training you do not now which is the primary skill for the point distribution.

You dont need that much stamina because if i recall correctly, its only 1 part of a formula with many inputs

I guess the loss of skills due to stamina is calculated every 5 minutes (since it is on the other sid(t)e).
So the question you need to ask yourself is do I want to my team to play almost at the same level right through the game or do I want them to do much better initially and build a cushion big enough to not bother about the other team making a comeback in the 3rd and 4th Q.

I'm not so sure about this. Although I know about TeamHB and how stamina works there. Not every position there needs stamina, even though it doesn't say that. Stamina is not taken into account at all for Goalies. Leads Me to believe stamina might not be important for one or two positions here either. Possibly QB and K/P.

Tell McNabb that.

ZING!

Seriously, though...it has no effect on special teams, but some on everything else.
