Can anyone tell me if the ticket sales rules are different, just had a home cup game (sell out) and ticket income is half what I expected?
(Same thing seems to be happening for friendlies!)
Anyone tell me if this is right?! Thanks

This is right.
Cup games and friendlies have the income split between both managers.

To make it clear:
cup income: full stadium income splitted
friendly: half ticket prices! so half stadium income splitted!

or...
cup games : you get 1/2 what you expect from attendance
Friendlies : You get 1/4 what you expect based on attendance
in both cases is does not matter if your home or away you get the same share...

The championships match profit are not share between both team ?
So if I understand, for the match cup and friendly match, the profit is share between both manager (50%-50% ?)

Yup
100% for a home league;
50% for a cup - split 50% - 50% between both teams;
25% for friendly - tickets are 50% cheaper and teams share the income 50% - 50% e.g. if you have $100,000 ticket income for a home league match both teams will get only $25,000 for a friendly played at your stadium.
