Hello Grid Iron world

At the end of my match when I view my players perfomances I note that some of them only have a half of a green star so.....A) what does that actually mean & B) how do I improve that?

the green stars on the game stats page were so low for the end of the game, becasue you were playing a bot team and won 70-0, when you are leading by such a large margin, the engine puts your players into "relaxed play" meaning they don't play as well (so you don't win by 200 points for example lol) one side effect of this is that the ratings at the end of the match are very low, due to the relaxed rule...

usually the stars represent the players overall ability in that position (the start stars) which is a combination of BPOS, skills, consistency etc. the end stars usually show how the player performed at the end of the game, and so are a good way of seeing how stamina affected your players.. the exception to this is, as i said above, when the relaxed rule kicks in..

Higher stamina will lead to a lower dropoff. The actual rating is a combination of things, including BPOS rating. So for the original rating to improve, you just need to get a player time in games. There's more to it than just that, but I can't remember all of them right now.
