Hm, without cup and friendly normal seats need around 13 gamedays, 26 weeks...so why not going for the club shop? as #1 in D4 it is a good idea, as #5 in D3 it is not.

Well, it would be good this season but have you seen the division i will promote in to? Division 3.7 is tough! I am very unlikely to be in top five next season. I would rather spend money and fill most seats than have trouble selling stuff if i am not near first place. I can't demolish it once it is built.

The question is how fast. You wont make minus on the shop. And if I were you I would build now due the #1 place helps you to get back the money very fast. However, it si your decision

I see what you are saying, it is kinda like a loan. I could pay off my debt now and get surplus money this season from the shop then i would make profit from here on! Thanks for the clarification everyone!

You have to find the balance between adjusted loss of friendly income each week and what you would make every other week with home league game, since those are the games you now still have a shot to fill the seats up with (pending on all the factors) and also factor in additional maintenance for the new seats. I'm told that you need to add somewhere around 20-25K seats to make it worthwhile
