Train fitness skills first and foremost. They need strength and if they cap early, he will be no good. Blocking is also very important. Footwork would be the last thing I would train on that list. Important it is, but not as important as those other skills.

Sounds great! You don't want to end up with a guy that has 10 strength starting on your offensive line! I have made that mistake in the past!
