He almost seems worthless to me honestly, and according to his training details almost everything is already very close to being capped.

Maybe I have misunderstood this whole time then, on the training details page, it says:
Green Star Player can increase skill when he reaches full (100) training points
Yellow Star Player may increase skill with a bit of luck (talent limitation reached)
Red Star Player cannot increase this skill anymore, even when he reaches full training points

With all of his training bars already yellow or red, that should mean they are close to the cap right?

So if the bar is yellow, then he could possibly gain another point in that skill, and if it's red, then that skill is capped right?

So am I wrong in saying that he is nearly capped in all his skills? Or does he have a chance because some of them are yellow?

Alright, so this player is basically useless then? Maybe I can get lucky and train up something, and make him into a decent player, but I doubt it.

Kicking and Vision are both in the red, and every single other thing is in the yellow, looks like just under half the bar on every skill. He has a 4* talent rating. Maybe I'm just really confused.
