this was regarding low intel players,

there was also the statement about MLB needing high intel, so assume that was what was ment of as "defense brain"

as for Offense "brains" we assume it is QB, but no idea if there are additional ones...

Sure I agree with Steve here, QB's & MLB's are considered offensive and defensive "captains" if you like so a certain amount of self governance is expected and I should imagine it also goes hand in hand with the "vision" skill. I suppose in depends on the complexity of a playing positon... i.e. Nose Tackle does not have to be gifted with high intelligence
