can anyone give me some advice where to play this guy he is 19 and 3 stars of talent

Positioning 2 Tackling 5 Punting 5
Vision 1 Blocking 5 Speed 14
Intelligence 17 Passing 1 Strength 16
Footwork 3 Catching 5 Agility 4
Carrying 5 Kicking 3 Stamina 5

OTHER
Teamwork 10 Consistency 17 Weeks at club 0

His high intelligence is a big plus. Intelligence is important for QB, SS and ILB. Passing is low but tackling is 5 so I would try him at SS or ILB. He has good strength but train his speed up for SS or ILB.

If you use him in that positions, then
you should train Vision.
His Speed and strength are OK
